After you request an appointment, we will contact you for a screening over the phone. If you qualify for addiction treatment, your first appointment will be scheduled. You’ll receive a physical exam, provide a urine specimen, and we will discuss your treatment options.
After exam and consultation, you will receive a prescription for buprenorphine/naloxone, usually a once-daily dose. A urine test and monthly follow-ups will help us make sure you are doing well with the treatment plan.
